Certified CRM Consultant Certification


Onboard is looking for certified CRM professionals:
End-to-end CRM consultancy and project management to implement marketing, sales and service cloud processes across a wide range of industries (including non-profits)


  • Engage with potential clients (multiple stakeholders) as a pre-sales consultant
  • Gather and analyse business process and database management requirements
  • Respond to RFP requests and demonstrate features and technical capabilities
  • Define project scope, project plan and standard operating procedures
  • Translate business requirements to functional and technical requirements
  • Customise the application and obtain user acceptance
  • Administrate the platform and drive user adoption
  • Ensure user training, process documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Ensure all stakeholders satisfaction and customer success


  • Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • General knowledge of new technologies and CRM/ERP/Call Center solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to draw process flows
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and obtain consensus
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to simplify complex requirements into technical specifications
  • Project management experience
  • Non-profit experience (in addition to understanding marketing/sales/service in industry)
  • Team player with collaborative and knowledge sharing attitude
  • Not afraid of writing Apex code and HTML
  • Ability to read code, proficient in SQL and data manipulation techniques
  • Excellent business reporting skills
