Our client is a leading provider of enterprise office and cloud communications solutions, who needed to develop a global co-marketing program to move the needle on partners revenue growth through ROI based co-marketing. The challenge was to provide one-on-one partner support, run integrated marketing campaigns with a single point of contact, execute continuous lead generation and optimize the use of MDF funding.

Strategy

We built a global marketing program for all partners worldwide. Based on a portfolio of services and a prepackaged offerings, the program was introduced to partners through regional account managers in sync with the field marketing teams. We were able to set up a complete concierge service to execute lead generation activities by providing a single point of touch to partners and the client alike.
