FRENCH Sales Associate

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our new project with a world-leading corporation – a provider of transportation, e-commerce, and business services.
You will be responsible for making outbound calls for small to medium businesses that have shipped items in the past. Your call will be to learn about shipping, uncovering opportunities, and qualifying shipping needs to see if a business account would provide them value and if so, setting that up for them.

Job Functions
  • Exercise exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Conduct outbound calls
  • Research and resolve issues, within the scope of responsibility
  • Obtain, enter, and verify customer information in designated systems
  • Document customer notes with clear, concise explanations in a timely, and accurate manner
  • Maintain excellent program knowledge
  • Maintain quality conversations that meet client's standards
  • Delivering on key performance indicators required by client
  • Exercise exceptional customer service skills
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of information provided by customers or data accessed within assigned systems
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members and department contacts
  • Escalate to the supervisor any situation outside the employee’s control that could adversely impact the services being provided
  • Native level of FRENCH language
  • Good level of ENGLISH
  • 2+ years in a similar position
  • Experienced in Lead Generation, B2B outbound calls
  • Holding a high school, BA or an equivalent / higher education diploma and relevant work experience
  • Ambitious and proactive with a demonstrated ability to reach and exceed targets
  • Confident and pleasant phone & email communication skills
  • Interested in working in an international and dynamic sales team
