Project Manager NORAM

ONBOARD CRM is looking to hire a Project Manager for one of its strategic clients in North America. As such, you would be responsible for managing a team of (up to) 15 Virtual Channel Partner Marketing Managers and the relationship with the Client.

The position is within a high growth area of our business. You will have the unique opportunity to work with Channel Partner Marketing Managers who look after our client’s strategic Partners.

Some of the key requirements for this role are in the area of proficiency in data analysis and passion for numbers, data and programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing program management for key client’s initiatives (tracks status, performance, project management, reporting)
  • Providing analytical support for client’s reporting
  • Content creation using PowerPoint
  • Manage the Vendor Relationship (invoicing, additional PO approvals)
  • Weekly calls with the client’s leadership & Onboard CRM
  • Time off/sick leave approvals and sync-up with the team regarding that
  • Participating in employees' personal reviews
Profile:
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • 3-5 years of partner marketing experience in the technology sector, preferably in software, data or cloud
  • 3-5 years of channel/partner experience
  • Experience in planning, managing and executing marketing plans and campaigns as well as liaison with third-party agencies
  • Good knowledge of online (e.g., email marketing, SEO, SEA, social networks, display advertising, video production) and offline Marketing campaign types (e.g., events, telemarketing, print advertising, sponsoring, incentives)
  • Ability to rapidly learn to use multiple internal marketing systems & portals to be able to effectively train and guide partners
  • Excellent client liaison skills, ability to react and respond in a timely and effective manner
  • Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills with the ability to present information in a consistent and professional manner
  • A successful candidate will be dynamic, creative, and self-driven with an outgoing personality
  • A natural planner with close attention to detail and a positive outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and interact with upper management
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to analyze and summarize reports for management
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities and related data manipulation a plus.
  • Proven analytical thinking, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Stable and consistent work history
  • Experience with People Management, Channel Marketing
  • Working hours compatible with the NORAM time zone
  • Previous history with the Client or Client’s Partners is a Plus
  • ENGLISH LANGUAGE - NATIVE LEVEL
  • Fluent Spanish language is a plus
