We are looking for a project manager to join our new project for a world-known corporation – a provider of transportation, e-commerce, and business services.

You will be responsible for leading our SDR team who will be contacting SMBs that have shipped items in the past, uncovering opportunities, and qualifying shipping needs.

Working mode: Home-based work / hybrid

Job Functions
  • Setting up and implementing sales strategies.
  • Training junior staff.
  • Discussing and setting weekly and monthly targets with your team.
  • Monitoring team’s performance.
  • Maintaining customer relationships.
  • Handling escalated customer complaints.
  • Compiling and presenting weekly/monthly reports.
Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a sales management role
  • Thorough understanding of market needs and business culture in Italy is preferred;
  • Strong managerial and sales skills.
  • Native level of ITALIAN language
  • Native or near native level of ENGLISH language
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
  • Ability to create performance-related reports.
