ONBOARDCRM Supports “For Our Children Foundation” In The Effective Management Of CSR Processes

OnboardCRM supports For Our Children foundation with the implementation of CRM platform Salesforce, which will optimize the management and operation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department. The system will provide complete visibility and control over the management of individual and corporate donors, analysis, and raising of potential donors as well as full reporting on financial and material donations.

Yana Kostadinova administered the successful implementation of Salesforce in Our Children Foundation. She is working at OnboardCRM as a Salesforce CRM Consultant. Her previous experience with non-profits include Royal Parks Foundation (UK) and Darbi Foundation (BG) as processes and requirements analyzer, consultant, database manager, and ongoing supporter. Yana is one of the few Steelbrick Brown Belt certified professionals in Southeast Europe and is Salesforce certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant.
